New Haven, CT — March 7, 2015

This mathematics festival is open to kids in grades 6-12 and will take place 9:00am - 12:00pm on Saturday, March 7th, 2015. It will be held at the TEAL Center, 17 Hillhouse Ave in New Haven, CT. Most Yale lots are free and open to the public on weekends. Please check signage. In addition, metered street parking is available on Hillhouse, Trumbull, College, Temple, and Prospect Streets.

The event's collaborative, non-competitive atmosphere offers an alternate setting for students to explore the joys and power of mathematics with other kids and older mentors. We provide the mathematics and mathematicians to work with the students on the activities. Please bring an adult to provide supervision of your children/students. Admission for kids is $10; supervising adults are free. If you can't afford the fee, there is a checkbox at the bottom of the form to waive it.

To participate in the festival, attendants are required to bring signed copies of our liability release form and photo release form.

We would like to thank the Yale Postdoctoral Advisory Committee, the Office of New Haven and State Affairs, and Yale University for supporting this event.
